Sr. Manager, Identity and Access Management

As the Senior Manager of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Engineering team, you will lead a team of engineers tasked with delivering critical IAM Security capabilities.

Basic Qualifications and

You will also oversee the vision, roadmap, and delivery for Identity & Access Management products portfolio to meet security and business needs. Product oriented and servant leader at the core, the manager will be responsible for ensuring consistent and appropriate delivery of core identity products, including IAM Program, CIAM and Identity Governance (Cloud & OnPrem).

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree .
  • 8+ years of IT / Cybersecurity / Information Security experience
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of experience with IaM platform such as SailPoint, NetIQ or One Identity including customization and development
  • 3+ years’ of strong hands-on engineering experience in IAM space, to include O365, Data Center, public Cloud (Azure, AWS etc), Identity Management & Lifecycle, RBAC, Access Management, & Access Certification
  • Broad understanding of the IAM cybersecurity landscape including identity stores, authentication / authorization, strong authentication, & privileged access management capabilities and methodologies
  • Solid experience with databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, operating systems and network infrastructure
  • Experience successfully delivering in an Agile Cybersecurity environment, working closely with product owners and customers
  • Exposure writing & managing code developed in many of the following languages: java, beanshell, python, powershell, & c#


Required Skills and Experience
  • Accountable for delivering on the vision and roadmap for Identity/access Governance Management in line with the technology strategy working with architects, product managers and product owners to ensure the highest quality of product delivery.
  • Establish and track to appropriate OKRs to measure delivery performance and quality.
  • Ensure consistency of product management and agile methodology, share common practices and challenges across all Product Teams.
  • Ensure consistent feedback mechanisms are in place to measure consumer satisfaction and to capture potential new requirements/enhancement opportunities.
  • Frequently interface with Business Technology & Business Leadership to understand near and long term needs and identify opportunities for initiatives to drive value and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Product Family Leadership, including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Architects to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent to achieve a strong team and develop own technical, coaching and leadership skills to stay in-line with industry trends and internal demand.
