Basic Qualifications and

The SailPoint Engineer is a key member of the Enterprise Security team, responsible for the engineering and support the corporate identity and access management systems. The role focuses on systems and tools associated with the administration and support of SailPoint Identity IQ and the regulatory standards and initiatives to meet certification campaigns.

  • Develop and administer SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification Campaigns across the enterprise to help meet compliance regulations
  • Develop and administer supporting Applications and Workflows for SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification Campaigns
  • Provide guidance in all aspects of the successful installation, configurations, operation and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Define user access level to applications to define the processes and current/future state for access to applications
  • Consult with customers to gather and define requirements
  • Provide status updates and present on SailPoint IdentityIQ related topics to other team members in a professional manner
  • Support security training and awareness program by providing SailPoint IdentityIQ contents to the training teams
  • Engage and work with a variety of internal departments and external organizations, including but not limited to legal firms, law enforcement agencies, and all other levels of government
  • Participate in the routine administrative work of the Information Security Office
  • Troubleshoot complicated technical issues across a large, complex organization
  • Continually optimize and enhance workflows

Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Identity Management to include implementation and governance
  • Identify Access Governance workflows including, forms, surveys, approval workflows, dashboards, database administration to support business and risk management process
  • General knowledge of information security frameworks and how to implement enterprise-wide access controls
  • Experience with SSB and Deployment Accelerator
  • Strong competency using SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions including monitorying tasks initiating certifications and executing reports
  • Experience with Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL
  • Well-versed in secure software development lifecycle procedures and concepts
  • Well-versed in project management procedures and concepts
  • Have soft skills, such as multi-tasking, self-starter, prioritization, time management, decision making, teamwork, presentation, communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft suite of applications (Work, Excel, Visio, Project, etc.)
  • Experience in administration, installation and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a large, complex environment
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: HITRUST, HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule, Red Flags Rule, Healthcare IT Standards (HITSP), HITECH, Meaningful Use (MU), COBIT, and PCI.
